Changes and cancellations
To request a change or cancellation of your reservation, contact us at info@therosaliabcn.com or on +34 677 43 28 10, stating the name and date of the reservation.
Please request changes or cancellations at least 24 hours in advance. If something unexpected happens within that period, call us as soon as possible.
Your change or cancellation is confirmed when you receive our reply by email or WhatsApp. If you do not receive confirmation, call us to check that your request has been recorded.
Ordinary table reservations do not require a bank guarantee. Events and celebrations may have their own deposit conditions, which are communicated before confirmation.
